The Villa & Apartments
The villa is arranged on two levels, each separately accessed, providing beautiful accommodation for up to eight people. Each level can also be separately rented for up to four people.
There are two well appointed double bedrooms on the top level both enjoying double doors onto a private covered terrace. There is a full bathroom to this floor, with an additional separate cloakroom/w.c. There is a fully equipped kitchen / dining room, a drawing room, outside barbecue, private covered terrace, dining area and sun terrace.
There are two further well appointed double bedrooms to the lower floor with a shower room, drawing room / dining room and fully equipped kitchen area and a further beautiful private covered terrace along with a private olive grove to the front of the property with spectacular views across Elia and out to the Aegean sea and neighboring islands.
There are several terraces both shaded and uncovered to offer the very best in private sunbathing, privacy, shade and peace surrounding the house and around the grounds, which themselves boast palm trees in abundance, our signature Agapanthus, lemon, orange and grapefruit trees, as well as a private olive grove, all for your enjoyment.
The villa is beautifully decorated in classic Mykonian style with a modern twist, boasting an abundance of contemporary art to complement the stylish, modern interiors and furnishings.
