There is a fully fitted bathroom to this floor, with an additional separate cloakroom/w.c. There are two further well appointed double bedrooms to the lower floor with a shower room, and a further beautiful private covered terrace.

There are several terraces both covered and uncovered to offer the very best in private sunbathing, shade and privacy surrounding the house and around the grounds, which themselves boast the shade of palm trees in abundance, our signature Agapanthus, lemon, orange and grapefruit trees, as well as a private olive grove, all beautifully maintained for your enjoyment.
